Gemini 3400 Sailing Catamaran
JOURNEY

Manufacturer's Comments:
The Gemini 3400 combines a high degree of sailing
performance with comfortable cruising on a
family-oriented boat. Standing headroom throughout the
interior, one queen and two double staterooms and added
touches such as rigid pilothouse and a spacious saloon
cabin make this an easy boat to live aboard.
BROKER'S COMMENTS:
JOURNEY, as the name of the boat implies, is exactly
what this Gemini 3400 needs. Having bought the boat in
2004, and having done various upgrades etc. including
the replacement of all floorboards with new Teak & Holly
laminate as of 07/06. The owner's health has
deteriorated and he is wanting to sell - this Gemini 3400
is looking to go on a journey and is looking for willing
sailors to take it somewhere - the boat is ready for
cruising, is in great shape and is particularly looking
for a trip to the Bahamas and perhaps the Keys...if

LAYOUT:
The interior plan of the Gemini 3400 is well
thought out. Designed for long term liveaboard for a
couple, with the option of sleeping 6 comfortably when
necessary. The saloon is bright and airy and centered
around the large aft-facing dinette. Down in the port
hull are a double berth aft, a navigation area midships
and a fully molded head and shower and plumbed sump
forward. In the starboard hull are another double berth
aft, a galley stretched longitudinally midships and a
dressing and storage area for the master stateroom
forward; the master stateroom itself is accessed though
the dressing chamber and consists of a large queen-sized
(5'4" x 6'6") berth in the center of the boat just
beyond the mast. Windows at rear of main cabin slide
open to allow ventilation. There is 6'3" headroom
throughout. All berth cushions are 4" foam
w/fabric.

steel sinks and excellent storage make this
in-line galley functional at sea and in port. The stand
