COMMENTS:
This 2005 Executive version Admiral 38 was originally built for an owner here in the United States. The boat was fitted out with $11,400 worth of extras that the owner wanted, but when it arrived in the States, the owner was unable to take delivery and the deal fell through due to financial issues. The boat is now on the market at a great price of only $335,000, including all the extras, and taking into account the fact that any new Admiral 38 is now selling for $345,000 with a new order only becoming available in Oct 2007, this is a great time to snatch up this boat.

It is finished very nicely, as with all Admirals, and still smells new!!!!!
